Outside of who you train with: training intensity, frequency and timing are all crucial factors in optimising an athlete's performance. These factors are priorities at AGT and so from world champions to weekend warriors, we've ensured that every athlete will have the opportunity to succeed. 

 

Our priority is to provide an optimal approach to learning Jiu-Jitsu for competitive success, but also to provide context on how to learn and build perspective within the vastness of this art. Our goal exceeds just teaching Jiu-jitsu; our goal is to educate every Athlete to ensure you develop, understand and appreciate this art that we're determined to devote our lives to.
