Fight Project

Fight Project is our in house physiotherapist, strength & conditioning coach and fight specialist. Their team will be working alongside the Atlantic Grappling Team to ensure all our members perform like professional athletes and truly learn how to use their body. This will ensure our athletes perform at their absolute best and achieve a quality of movement that exceeds a grappling curriculum.
