📦 Order Processing

Order Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States, with international shipping options coming soon!

🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we are not offering international shipping. If you're outside Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us at info@atlanticgrapplingteam.com to discuss possible shipping options.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Certain items (such as oversized products or limited-edition gear) may be subject to additional shipping fees or restrictions.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
You can also track your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.
❗ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
