📦 Order Processing

  • Order Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking details.

  • During high volume periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States, with international shipping options coming soon!

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. If you're outside Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us at info@atlanticgrapplingteam.com to discuss possible shipping options.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Certain items (such as oversized products or limited-edition gear) may be subject to additional shipping fees or restrictions.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

You can also track your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

❗ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@atlanticgrapplingteam.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
