Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Atlantic Grappling Team, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date (or in-person purchase). After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

❌ No Returns for Change of Mind

Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference-based reasons.

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

✅ Eligible Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

📦 Return & Exchange Process

Option 1: Return by Mail

  • Contact us at info@atlanticgrapplingteam.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Option 2: Return In Person

Returns and exchanges can be made in person at the following address during business hours:

Staff hours Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm 

🔄 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

However, we may exchange sizes of products that are unused, unworn and provided in original packaging and condition on site at the Atlantic Grappling Team HQ.

If you need to request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@atlanticgrapplingteam.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
